Monday- Walk Week Marks the Beginning of School Year- The City of Evanston’s Health Department is promoting Walk Week, a one week program during the first week of school beginning August 30, 2010 (ending on September 3) to promote physical activity in children. This is a free event and everyone is welcome to join!

Saturday- Evanston Artists at the Farmer's Market- Beginning at 7:30am, local Evanston artists will be highlighting their work at the Evanston Farmer's Market to promote community art. Come support Evanston locals!
